OHIO ATTRIBUTED "BASKET" PIECED AND APPLIQUE QUILT, hand-stitched, 25 on-point pattern blocks in print and solid white fabrics having pieced baskets and applique handles, alternating with whole solid white blocks featuring plume wreath quilting, solid white border to all four sides, having straight-line, grid, and channeled quilting, applied binding, three paneled plain backing. Circa 1880. 77" x 80".

Very good overall condition, top with some light toning notably along edges, scattered stains, top center basket with one patch mend, lower center basket with a spot of separation at seam at lower edge of foot corresponding to a fold line, backing with overall light toning, some scattered stains and spotting.
