PARABELLE ARTIST PROOF PG-319 / CONCENTRIC MILLEFIORI PAPERWEIGHT, central blue and purple pansy cane, encircled by four exterior garlands with the interior consisting of teal and white cogs, second alternating between white floral canes and blue and white cogs, third comprised of teal pansy canes and teal and white tubes, exterior featuring matching teal and white floral canes, all above a white filigree ground, signed to the underside "Parabelle Artist Proof 1998", polished pontil mark. Gary Scrutton (1937-2014) and Doris Scrutton (1937-2013), Portland, OR. Dated 1998. 3 1/8" D.
