PARABELLE ARTIST PROOF PG-67 / CONCENTRIC MILLEFIORI PEDESTAL PAPERWEIGHT, central pink and green Clichy-style rose, encircled by six exterior garlands featuring a variety of multi-colored canes including cogs, tubes, and Baccarat-style Arrowhead examples, all raised on alternating white and purple stave basket, matching torsade applied around the base edge, signature cane located within the decoration, dated "1991", signed to the underside "Parabelle Glass Artist Proof", polished pontil mark. Gary Scrutton (1937-2014) and Doris Scrutton (1937-2013), Portland, OR. Dated 1991. 2 1/2" H, 2 3/4" D.
