PARABELLE CLICHY ROSE AND PANSY ARTIST PROOF CONCENTRIC PIEDOUCHE PAPERWEIGHT, central pink and green Clichy-rose with an interior garland of matching Clichy-style roses, outer garland comprised of blue, yellow, and black large pansy canes, all above a moss ground with small white blossoms, all raised on a white stave basket, applied fuchsia and white torsades to the top and bottom edge, signed to the underside "Parabelle Glass Artist Proof 1998", polished pontil mark. Gary Scrutton (1937-2014) and Doris Scrutton (1937-2013), Portland, OR. Dated 1998. 1 1/4" H, 2 5/8" DOA.
