PARABELLE GLASS PG-199 / CONCENTRIC MILLEFIORI PAPERWEIGHT, central white, yellow, and purple pansy cane, encircled by five exterior garlands with the interior being of pink and green Clichy-style roses, second band consisting of alternating yellow and green Clichy-style rose and white and purple pansy canes, third having matching pansy canes and white floral canes, fourth comprised of yellow and green Clichy-style roses and royal purple and white tubes, exterior garland alternating between purple and burnt orange cogs, all above a filigree tube ground, signed to the underside "Parabelle Glass 1996/one of ten", retains manufacturing label, polished pontil mark. Gary Scrutton (1937-2014) and Doris Scrutton (1937-2013), Portland, OR. Dated 1996. 2 7/8" D.
