PATTERN-MOLDED AND ENGRAVED GLASS FOOTED OPEN SUGAR BOWL, colorless with an applied cobalt blue rim, hemispherical bowl with 12 basal flutes, engraved with draped ribbon and vine decoration, applied sloping foot with a rolled-over edge, rough pontil mark. United States or England. First half 19th century. 3 5/8" H, 4 3/4" D rim, 3" D foot.
