PATTERN-MOLDED PUNGENTS / SCENT BOTTLES, LOT OF TWO, deep amethyst, each flattened ovoid form, one molded with 26 distinct ribs swirled to the right, other with 26 vertical ribs, each with plain mouth and rough pontil mark. Thomas Cains, at his South Boston Flint Glass Works or Cains' Glass House and others. Late 18th/mid 19th century. 2 7/8" and 3" H.
