PENNSYLVANIA WALNUT SLIDE-TOP CANDLE OR CUTLERY BOX / TRAY, dovetailed construction, two compartments, each with a sliding lid, and central divider with cut-out hand-hold, walnut base. Retains an old rich surface. Mid 19th century. 8" HOA, 14 1/2" x 11".
Condition
Very good original condition, small loss to one corner at dovetail joint, base with old shrinkage crack.
