PERCY SMITH (SHADYSIDE, MARYLAND) FOLK ART CARVED AND PAINTED BLUEBILL DECOY, solid-body form with painted eyes, old, probably original, lead weight and leather rigging to underside, probably later "Percy Smith" name to underside. Old working surface. First half 20th century. 6 1/4" HOA, 13" LOA.

Very good overall condition, old crack to neck and down center of back, and with expected weathering and wear.
