PETER MCDOUGALL (SCOTTISH, B. 1952) SPOKE MILLEFIORI MINIATURE PAPERWEIGHT, central black and orange tube, single interior garland comprised of blue and white cogs, six wide white filigree twists reaching from the center creating six stacked wedges of green, purple, and pink cogs, all above a mottled red ground, signature cane to the underside, polished pontil mark.
