PEWTER AND TIN DOUBLE-TUBE WHALE OIL BURNER / SHADE HOLDERS, LOT OF THREE, comprising of two examples of one-piece construction, fitted with double-tube sheet-iron whale oil burners, one example with set-screw for securing a 1 3/4" D fitter shade, another example attached to a 1 3/8" D pewter collar and with two securing tabs for a 1 11/16" D shade and lacking set-screw; remaining example with a 1 3/4" D fitter shade holder and together-by-association set-screw. Second quarter 19th century. 1 3/4" HOA.
