PIEDMONT NORTH CAROLINA BIRCH CHEST ON FRAME, two-piece construction, typical bonnet drawer flanking two short drawers, stand with turned legs. Yellow pine secondary wood. Retains an old surface with warm color. Probably Anson or Iredell Co., NC. Circa 1830. 48" H, 39 1/2" W, 20" D.
