RARE PRE-PROHIBITION ROBERT PORTNER BREWING CO. (ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA) TIN ADVERTISING SERVING TRAY, oval form with chromolithographic design featuring a bird's-eye view of a large brewing facility situated on the banks of the Potomac River, all within a stylized border flanked by an oversized bottle of "HOFFBRAU Lager Beer" and a garland of hops. Circa 1900. 13 3/4" x 16 3/4".
Condition
Good overall original condition with moderate scattered wear and discoloration, heavier at lower rim edge.
Collection of the late Al and Billy Steidel, Alexandria, VA.
