RICHARD LOESEL (FRENCH, B. 1963) FACE AND GARLAND LAMPWORK PAPERWEIGHT, face of a woman traced in black with a single garland of purple and yellow flowers alternating between clusters or small red berries, all held together by green leaves and stems, all above an opaque white ground, signature cane at the base of the decoration, polished pontil mark.
