RISING SUN FINE STEAM CUT GLASS DECANTER, colorless lead glass, ornate steam-cut pattern featuring a rising sun with cross-hatched rays extending across the panel, separated by diamond columns, flute-cut shoulder, three applied diamond-cut neck rings, matching mushroom stopper, polished pontil mark. United States or England. Circa 1820. 9 1/2" HOA, 8 1/4" H bottle.
