ROCK OF AGES BREAD TRAY, colorless with electric blue central insert, shallow oval tray with scrolled handles, embossed "GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD" around shoulder, additional three lines "SIMPLY / TO THY CROSS / I CLING" embossed on cross, without patent date. Extremely rare. Possibly Atterbury & Co., Pittsburgh PA. Circa 1875. 12 7/8" L.

Condition
Undamaged. Mold seams with roughness and having some short surface annealing lines, as-made.
