Catalogue Note: Not only is this a scarce Kentucky imprint, it is considered an important work from America's earliest native physiological psychologist. The work was prepared as lectures to be delivered at the proposed medical college at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky.

Good condition, tight copy with uncut pages, light to moderate dampstain, some light mold, scattered foxing, binding with light wear and bumped corners.
