SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA PAINTED PULLED-ROD DIMINUTIVE BASKET, circular tapering form with wrapped arch handle and kick-up to bottom. Retains white-painted surface. Together with a diminutive covered sewing basket retaining early turquoise-painted surface. Two pieces total. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 5" H, 10 3/4" D rim.
