SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA WALNUT MINIATURE BLANKET CHEST, hinged rectangular lid, post-and-panel construction, back dovetailed into rear posts, raised on square slightly tapered feet, with original cabinet lock. Yellow pine secondary wood. Retains an old surface with warm color. Mid 19th century. 12" H, 18 3/4" W, 8 1/4" D.
Condition
Very good overall condition, back with old break with associated repair, and with minor wear.
