STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN HISTORICAL "BALTIMORE & OHIO RAILROAD" TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATES, LOT OF TWO, each featuring industrial rail motifs surrounded by a shell border, comprising one having manned locomotive pulling four cars with homes in background, and other featuring carts being pulleyed up an incline to a building having a smokestack. Marks include blue printed eagle and shield mark, impressed eagle and shield with "E. WOOD & SONS / BURSLEM / WARRANTED / SEMI CHINA", and "WOOD". Enoch Wood & Sons, Burslem, England. 9 1/8" and 10 1/4" D.
