STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW AND OTHER TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC ARTICLES, LOT OF SEVEN, comprising a teapot lacking cover depicting the Boston State House #1 pattern, a footed ovoid-form sauce tureen lacking cover featuring Upper Ferry Bridge over the River Schuylkill pattern, and five covers including a lace border teapot example and an "INSANE HOSPITAL / BOSTON" sauce tureen example. Marks to underside include printed spread-wing eagle with shield. John Rogers & Son, Longport; Joseph Stubbs, Longport, England; and others. First half 19th century. 5" HOA.
