STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC CUP PLATES, LOT OF THREE, comprising one example featuring Winter View of Pittsfield, Massachusetts depicting the village green with a tree surrounded by fence and church in background, and two examples with trefoil border including Cottage in the Woods and one depicting the ship Cadmus. Marks to underside include impressed "WOOD" and a crown encircled with "CLEWS WARRANTED STAFFORDSHIRE". Enoch Wood & Sons, Burslem; Ralph & James Clews, Cobridge, England. First half 19th century. 3 5/8" to 4 5/8" D.
