STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATE, featuring "MITCHELL & FREEMAN / CHINA & GLASS WAREHOUSE / CHATHAM ST BOSTON", as printed to underside, depicting storehouses and tall-masted ships in background. Additional marks include an impressed spread wing eagle with "ADAMS WARRANTED STAFFORDSHIRE" to underside. William Adams IV & Sons, Stoke-on-Trent, England. Circa 1830. 10 1/4" D.

Condition
