STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATES, LOT OF FOUR, comprising one featuring "HARVARD / COLLEGE" with acorn and oak leaf border, one depicting "Park Theatre / New York", and two with vine border decorations including "HOSPITAL / BOSTON" and "NEW YORK / BATTERY" with molded gadroon rim. Additional marks to underside include impressed "STEVENSON". Ralph Stevenson & Williams, Cobridge; Joseph Stubbs, Longport, England. First half 19th century. 6 1/4" to 9" D.
