STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATES, LOT OF TWO, each featuring "At Richmond / Virginia", as printed to underside, depicting a church with dome and steeple, two figures in foreground, and floral and scroll border design, from the American Scenery series, comprising one with sepia/brown transfer and one with mulberry/purple transfer. Additional "JACKSONS WARRANTED" printed to ribbon on underside. Job & John Jackson, Burslem, England. 1831-1835. 6 7/8" and 7 1/8" D.
