STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATTER, featuring brown/sepia transfer of "Picturesque Views / Little Falls at Luzerne / Hudson River", as printed to underside, depicting a beautiful scene with mountains, rushing waterfalls, and fisherman in foreground, beaded scalloped rim. Additional marks to underside include impressed crown encircled by "CLEWS WARRANTED STAFFORDSHIRE". Ralph & James Clews, Cobridge, England. 1814-1834. 17 5/8" x 14 5/8".
