STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF TWO, comprising an ovoid-form reticulated basket with relief floral handles, featuring the Boston State House #1 pattern, depicting a central domed government building flanked by other structures, figures including one with wheelbarrow, sheep, and cattle in foreground, and a vegetable dish featuring "WINTER VIEW OF PITTSFIELD. MASS", printed below rim exterior, depicting a woman and child on the village green with a tree surrounded by fence and church in background. Marks to underside include dish having impressed crown mark encircled with "CLEWS WARRANTED STAFFORDSHIRE". Ralph & James Clews, Cobridge; John Rogers & Son, Longport, England.
