STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-PRINTED INDIAN SPORTING SERIES CERAMIC PLATTER, featuring blue transfer Shooting at the Edge of a Jungle, depicting assorted hunting methods including dogs chasing a rabbit, figures astride an elephant, a figure standing with his horse, and two figures aiming rifles at birds, having border with various exotic animals. Marks to underside include impressed crown "CLEWS WARRANTED STAFFORDSHIRE" and printed "J. GREENFIELD'S / China Store / No 77 / PEARL. STREET. / NEW YORK".
