PACKARD PRESSED-STEEL FRICTION TOY DUMP TRUCK, original blue and red paint, gold highlights, green painted visor, black painted bumper and head lights, operable manual dump bed with probably later black painted surface, solid rubber tires with raised lettering "TURNER TOYS", interior fitted with a seat and steering wheel, underside fitted with friction mechanism, fly wheel turns but friction is inoperable. Second quarter 20th century. 9 1/4" HOA, 27 1/2" L.
