UNIQUE PARABELLE ARTIST PROOF MOSS GROUND AND TORSADE MILLEFIORI PAPERWEIGHT, central green and pink large Clichy-style rose, encircled by a single spaced garland comprised of cogs in differing color combinations, all above a green moss ground with white floral blooms, all encircled by a red and white torsade, signature cane to the underside of the decoration, dated "1992", polished pontil mark. Gary Scrutton (1937-2014) and Doris Scrutton (1937-2013), Portland, OR. Dated 1992. 2 5/8" D.
