UNIQUE PARABELLE GLASS ARTIST PROOF CLICHY ROSE MILLEFIORI PIEDOUCHE PAPERWEIGHT, large central pink and green Clichy-style rose with a surrounding ring of alternating large and small and Clichy-style roses, resting on a ground of filigree tubes, all above an alternating white and amethyst stave basket, blue, ruby, and white twisted torsades to the edges of decoration and foot, signed to the underside, "Parabelle Glass Artist Proof 1997", numbered "one of one", polished base. Gary Scrutton (1937-2014) and Doris Scrutton (1937-2013), Portland, OR. Dated 1997. 1 3/4" HOA, 2 3/4" DOA.
