VICTORIAN ENAMEL DECORATED PARLOR LAMP, colorless with interior frosting, compressed globular-form base with white dog head highlighted with plum and yellow, cast-iron foot with brass finish and a floral and scroll pattern, underside impressed "942", interior fitted with a brass font holder with scalloped scroll rim, appropriate ball-form shade with matching highlights and a brown and white dog head, top fitted with a brass heat ring, brass drop-in font with stamped panel and scroll shoulder, side refill feature. Fitted with a Royal central draft burner, non-period colorless chimney. Late 19th/early 20th century. 28" H to top of shade, 13 1/2" H to top of collar, 7 1/2" SQ overall foot.
Excellent condition, expected wear to the decorations, several manufacturing imperfections including bubbles and broken bubbles, shade fitter with flakes/roughness. Setup undamaged.
