WALTHAM 21-JEWEL 14K YELLOW GOLD-CASED MODEL 1908 POCKET WATCH, Crescent St. grade, pendant-set movement, serial number 23029196, having a white and light yellow enamel dial with gilt decoration, Arabic chapter ring, sunk seconds subsidiary, and blued-steel spade hands, housed in a 14K yellow gold hunter case featuring engine-turned engraving to exterior with a shield-form center to front cover. Marked to back of movement, interior case cover with maker's mark for Brooklyn Watch Case. Co. of Brooklyn, NY as well as "WARRANTED / 14K / TO ASSAY" and "8837422", interior cuvette covered marked "14K". Total weight including movement and crystal: 97.9 grams. American Waltham Watch Co., Waltham, MA. Circa 1919. Size 16s.
Condition
Case with some denting to front, back, and cuvette covers, otherwise in very good overall condition with minor wear, surface scratches, and nicks. Currently running, but not timed for accuracy (see Catalogue Guarantee).
