WASHINGTON, DC ETCHED / EMBOSSED SELTZER BOTTLES, LOT OF FIVE, comprising two colorless cylindrical siphons etched for the Arlington Bottling Co., Chas. Jacobsen Proprietor, a green paneled-body example etched for the Rock Creek Ginger Ale Co., an intricately embossed colorless Rock Creek, and a colorless etched example reading "YANKEE BOTTLING CO. / *picture of the US Capitol Building* / CONTENTS 26 FL OZ / WASHINGTON, D.C." with Jacobsen's paper label on it. First and second quarter 20th century. 12 1/4" HOA.

Condition

Good to very good condition overall, each with moderate to heavy wear especially around heels and some with chipping; anchor-pictorial Arlington bottle having heavy chipping at rim including a large chip glued back on, and its metal siphon top is not attached.
