WEBB BURMESE FAIRY LAMPS ON A MIRRORED WALL MOUNT SCONCE, shield-form mirror sconce with the exterior having a band of elongated oval cuts with interior border of swag cuts, mount holding two Burmese bowls which are signed for "THOMAS WEBB" to each side and a colorless figural leaf in the middle, bowls fitted with colorless lamp cups marked for "S. CLARKE" and topped with fairy-size Burmese domes. Thomas Webb & Sons. Fourth quarter 19th century. Mirror: 20 1/4" x 14 1/4". Lamps in cups: 4 3/4" HOA.
Excellent condition with one colorless cup having a significant crack; two shades having some light flaking/roughness to the fitters. Some minor imperfections to the metal trim of the mirror. Having pencil over the signatures to the make them more legible.
