WEBSTER FAMILY ATTRIBUTED NORTH CAROLINA STONEWARE JUG, salt-glazed, approximately one-gallon capacity, graceful ovoid form with plain mouth, double incised neck and shoulder rings, and applied grooved strap handle with finger-impressed lower terminal. Together with an 8 3/4" H American lead-glazed earthenware/redware pitcher of ovoid form with high collar, double beaded shoulder rings, and applied strap handle. Two pieces total. Second half 19th century. 11 7/8" HOA.

Jug mostly undamaged, except having two minute flakes to mouth; redware pitcher having rim with a chip, a flake, and scattered glaze loss to rim.
