WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA DECORATED STONEWARE CANNERS, LOT OF TWO, salt-glazed, comprising a half-gallon capacity example of slight conical form and a one-quart capacity example of cylindrical form with double-incised rings below rim, each with grooved wax-seal rim and Albany-slip glazed interior. Each having brushed cobalt three-stripe decoration to front. Circa 1875. 8" H, 4 1/8" D rim and 6 1/4" H, 4 1/8" D rim.

Condition

Excellent, undamaged condition, half-gallon example having "B.M.T." in black marker to underside.
