WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA STENCILED STONEWARE CROCK, salt-glazed, designated two-gallon capacity, low cylindrical wide-mouth form with flat-top rounded rim, beaded neck ring, applied arched handles, Albany-slip glazed interior. Stenciled cobalt "T.F. REPPERT. / GREENSBORO. PA", additional tulip and bird ornament, brushed cobalt stripe below rim and above base, with "2". 1884-1890. 8 1/4" H, 10" D rim.
Mostly undamaged except having flake to rim interior and some scattered loss to cobalt stencil decorations.
