AMERICAN BENNINGTON ATTRIBUTED FLINT ENAMEL ROCKINGHAM-GLAZE POTTERY LARGE BOOK FLASK, mottled brown with olive green, approximately four-quart capacity, having "BENNINGTON / COMPANION. / G" stamped on spine. Unmarked. Probably Lyman Fenton & Co., Bennington, VT. 1849-1858. 10 3/4" H, 8 3/8" W.

Condition

Excellent visual, mostly undamaged condition, except one top corner with professional restoration and some minor glaze wear to raised edges/corners. Manufacturing flaws including some glazed over firing lines/separations, as made.
