AMERICAN / BRITISH LARGE GILT GESSO FRAME, gilt gesso over wood, elaborate all-over floral and geometric detailing, and includes an old stretcher to the interior. Mid 19th century. Stretcher 41 1/2" x 31" OA, frame 52 1/2" x 42" OA.

Good condition with moderate loss to detailing, and moderate wear to gilt finish.
