AMERICAN CAST-IRON BOOT SCRAPER MOUNTED IN MARBLE, cast-iron lyre-form boot scrape, the whole mounted in a block of marble. Retains remnants of a white partially-painted surface. Second half 19th century. 14" HOA, 10 1/2" WOA, 8 1/2" DOA.
Condition
Good condition with no noticeable breaks or repairs, some form of oxidation to the surface of the iron has left very small white specks on its surface.
