ANTIQUE CAST-IRON DOMESTIC ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising an oversized mortar and pestle, a patented 1874 boil-over safety kettle, and a three-leg hearth skillet marked "2 1/2" on top of the handle. Together with a copper gooseneck, dovetailed teakettle. Four pieces total. 19th century. Mortar 9" H, 7 1/4" D.

Condition

Iron kettle with loss to the bottom of the flap, teakettle with a tiny hole to bottom, mortar with some roughness, as made.
