AMERICAN PAINTED POPLAR STEP-BACK CUPBOARD, one-piece construction, applied molded cornice over two hinged six-light doors above arched cut-out and pie shelf, lower case with two fielded-panel cabinet doors exhibiting unusual peaked profile, flanked by solid ends, raised on a cut-out bracket base. Poplar secondary wood. Retaining early blue-painted surface. Second quarter 19th century. 78 1/4" HOA, 45 1/4" WOA, 21 1/2" DOA.
