AMERICAN SCHOOL (19TH CENTURY) FOLK ART MINIATURE PORTRAIT OF A YOUNG LADY, watercolor, waist-length depiction of an attractive sitter wearing white off-the-shoulder gown, no signature located. Housed in a gilt frame with hanger. Circa 1830. 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" OA.
Very good overall condition with minor wear and discoloration, scattered minute surface losses. Frame and glass with minor wear. Not examined out of frame.
