ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE 10K AND 14K GOLD BROOCHES / BAR PINS, LOT OF FIVE, comprising three 10K yellow gold pieces consisting of two crescent-form examples featuring blue glass/stones alternating with seed pearls and an openwork example probably by C. Ray Randall & Co. of North Attleboro, MA with amber-colored glass/stone and a non-gold pin fastener, and two Art Deco 14K gold pieces by Krementz & Co. of Newark, NJ of an openwork brooch/pin with single seed pearl and a white gold-front pin with center flower. Each piece marked for fineness, some with maker's marks. Total weight including stones and pearls: 7.9 grams. Together with a Victorian brooch/bar pin featuring blue enameled decoration and engraved "Aline" to back with non-gold pin fastener and a replaced clasp, tested as 14K gold fineness but possibly being heavy rolled gold. Six pieces total. Late 19th/first half 20th century. 7/8" to 2" LOA.
Fair to very good overall condition with some wear and other imperfections including surface scratches, nicks, and/or bending; crescent-form examples with one or two pearls being reattached, one example with pearls possibly being replaced. Stones and pearls not professionally graded.
