VINTAGE / CONTEMPORARY 14K AND OTHER YELLOW GOLD JEWELRY, LOT OF FIVE PIECES, comprising an unmarked ring with top that tested as 18K gold fineness featuring three turquoise-colored glass/stone cabochons and remnants of enamel having a replacement band that tested as 10K gold fineness, and four marked 14K yellow gold pieces consisting of a brooch with a large fiery opal/opal-type cabochon measuring approximately 32.5 x 15 x 9 mm, a pair of stud earrings with oval-cut green stone, possibly tourmaline, and marked "14K" friction fasteners, and a ring with a grape cluster top featuring 13 pearls and three round-cut rubies. Each piece tested or marked for gold fineness. Total weight of brooch including stone: 9.1 grams; total weight of four remaining pieces including stones/glass and pearls: 7.9 grams. 20th/21st century. Ring sizes 5 and 7 1/4.

Condition

Good to excellent overall condition with minor to moderate wear, surface scratches, nicks, and/or slight bending; unmarked ring with losses to most of enameling, center cabochon with a possible flake or as-made flaw, band replaced, possibly being converted from another piece of jewelry. Stones and pearls not professionally graded.
