ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE ENAMELED METAL BELT OR DRESS BUCKLES, LOT OF 12, each two-part round form having a gilt-brass / bronze-toned metal frame with enameled decoration, including many with openwork designs, and one buckle probably made from buttons. Large buckle with applied borders marked "GERMANY", remainder unmarked. Late 19th/first half 20th century. Various sizes.
Most in good to very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including a few to several chip/losses and cracks/hairlines to enamel, worn spots/losses to metal finishes, a few to some spots/areas of oxidation, slight bending notably to bars on backs, and/or one or a few repairs; one openwork example with black, white, red, green, yellow, and blue enameling lacking both bars on back.
