ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE ENAMELED METAL BELT OR DRESS BUCKLES, LOT OF 16, each two-part form having a gilt-brass, bronze-toned, or silver-toned metal frame with enameled decoration, including three pieces with two or more rhinestones, two matching buckles with different coloring having foliate design, a four-leaf clover buckle, a buckle with a cherub center, and a buckle with a leaf center. Octagonal buckle and buckle having four-petal form each marked "GERMANY", buckle with leaf center marked "PAT. APL'D FOR", remainder unmarked. Late 19th/first half 20th century. Various sizes.
Most in good to very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including a few to several chip/losses and cracks/hairlines to enamel, worn spots/losses to metal finishes, a few to some spots/areas of oxidation, slight bending notably to bars on backs, and/or possibly one or a few repairs.
