ANTIQUE ENGLISH CONCENTRIC MILLEFIORI DIMINUTIVE PAPERWEIGHT INKWELL, colorless, central purple and white tube, encircled by four exterior garlands comprised of cogs and tubes in a variety of color combinations, matching stopper, polished pontil mark. Maker unverified. First half 20th century. 4 1/4" HOA, 3" H bottle.

Nearly undamaged with the stopper having two minute flakes to the edge, base having some light wear.
