ANTIQUE ENGLISH CONCENTRIC MILLEFIORI PAPERWEIGHT INKWELL, central white and green cog, six exterior garlands with a variety of cogs and tubes with differing color combinations, faux "1848" cane in the fourth garland, matching stopper, rough pontil mark. Maker unverified. First half 20th century. 6" HOA, 3 7/8" H bottle.
